Looks like you mongers have been gate keeping this spot. It has the same lobby set up as Hypno and Bird but was far more secluded and less busy.

If you see a disclaimer inside an actual MP room, it's because a lot of cities have a provision in their massage ordinances that require them to post a sign like that if they are ever randomly inspected and suspected by officials of providing illicit services. If they get caught, they have to post signs in every room saying that they do not provide sexual services, and they have to stay up for a specified period of time. So you know very well if you encounter a sign like that in a spa they were giving extras in recent history. Whether or not they are still providing them with the signs up is a different matter. YMMV there.

Nature Oriental off of Bolsa / Beach. Pretty interesting place because they have cams inside the rooms where you can see the hallway and parking lot. Viet nail/accupuncture place garden grove

Some of you may be aware of an operation out of a nail spa / accupuncture place in garden Grove. Thing I found it on listcrawler. Recently a lilly was working, cute spinner. Usually when a place says explicitly they don't do sexual acts, that's a sure sign that they do indeed do sexual acts. When you go to Starbucks, do they put up a sign "We do not spit in your coffee"? There is only a sign necessary if many customers have come to the conclusion that it is happening.
