Regarding #1 - Perhaps not every customer is a refined gentlman like we are all. I feel its insulting to be asked to give a tip in advance during the middle of the session. You can get a completely nude provider in most of the Korean and Latina places. With different shops and different girls, this list can be covered at differing numbers of visits. There are shops where you can skip right to level 4, and others where it takes a dozen visits to get to that level. And most of the girls have a hard limit at some point. If you consider that each visit is essentially $100+, then you need to ask yourself if its worth it to blow $1200 to get to the same point that you can get to for $100 with another girl at another shop.
