If I can't verify a provider via reviews, I don't see them. Many of the ads they'll list their TER I'd, or have there P411. Stick to them, as you get used to that level. I don't normally look here for their reviews. Also search the phone number of the provider on TER, not just the name.

This is all generally good advice. But the real question is what kind of providers you're seeing where you feel the need to go through all these hoops. I do use a second phone but lately once I find a regular girl I can trust.
