I won't reserve and book the room until I meet them in person and feel that they are comfortable enough to proceed. You know how flaky many of these girls are. Of course it's a hsssle sometimes if the booking takes a few minutes to go through, but better than losing the $ because the girl suddenly feels guilty or scared or whatever. I haven't had that happen after I met them there at the hotel, in person, but I've had a couple of them drive to the hotel and then just drive away (without them even seeing me).
