The bad actors and lurkers get away with it in part because of the money grab at the reception and the worker. It's too much money, too fast. I think Six Star had a bit of that going on.

Yes, there are the lurkers and bad actors, BUT I feel it's also on the business owners and workers to filter those types out. Boditec in Laguna Hills does an excellent job of that.
