The problem there is that L and L is owned by the same woman that owns Air Body and Le Palace. She tries to move girls around and answer the L and L phone remotely. The girls don't want an extra girl to cut their number of customers. Some of you know the boss tell her to get the extra girl.

Actually, you are right. Back in the day, the shop was considered off the beaten path. The 405 was kind of a barrier. Between F&C and the other shops on Westminster, Bolsa and their cross streets. Only unpublicized VT was across the street. There was probably was no communication between F&C providers and the other shops. Tips were traditionally low at F&C compared to, at the time, 100 tips in those other shops.
