She was short, red hair looked like cotton candy, I know that sounds silly but, from what I saw as I was moving away from her, that's what it looked like. I was in the circle when I saw her so, I couldn't take a really good look because of the way people cut you off when you're driving through there.

I would say she's a little taller than Kiara, just as thin as the way Kiara looks right now. Sorry about the lack of detail but, like I said, I was driving through the circle and, there was actually two girls walking close together, I didn't notice the red head until she waived at me and made eye contact, I was trying to separate the two of them in my line of site and watch traffic and check out the red head from the other girl.
