Lomita has a number of Korean shops. Some with FS.

There are Chinese shops in Lawndale and Redondo Beach but in Lawndale seemed paranoid and suggested self serve, and RB is usually legit except one exception. VIP Healthcare Center has table shower for. 10 as a massage add on fee. Just ask for that extra when making appointment.
