I have devoloped some foot problems myself and seen a podiatrist. These foot massages are not actually beneficial. In fact, their rough and tough massages can further injure and inflame your feet. In the same way that the walking on the back will inflame sciatica and low back pain. I have found one particular brand of shoes really helps cushion my feet though.

I will not go near an MP during a heat wave. They never have air conditioning and the session turns gross fast.

LC, I visited BW on Thursday and have been to BW on many other hot days also. Mindy doesn't hesitate to turn on the AC. It's adequate to cool the place and, in my experience all the rooms have small fans that your well trained, professional and friendly MT will adjust as you desire. BW will be a great place to go this weekend!
