I was in Orange yesterday, so I checked out a second-floor parlor mentioned a while back on this forum. It's called Island Asian Spa, but my experience didn't entice me to visit that Island again anytime soon.

The vast majority of MP's in Westminster / Little Saigon are Chinese. Its hard to find any that are actually Vietnamese. The other reason seems to be the cultural norms are different in China than elsewhere. Vietnam is actually a conservative insular culture, and they congregate together in their own community. Even looser cultures like Thailand and the Philippines still have more a moral background, and limits. But 70+ years of communist rule, where they destroyed much of cultural fabric has left people worshiping the dollar (or RMB). I have experienced this very clearly in a few places that have Latinas and Chinese working in a shop, where the Latina flirts but won't touch dick, but the Chinese girl's specialty is the sausage handling.

This is what makes these Chinese providers so interesting. These are people who left their homes, their kids, their parents, their husbands, and travelled to a foreign country where they don't speak the language t do this job. And they seem to have little to no interest is enjoying anything in life. Except the occasional shopping. In a way its sad, but its also impressive. Would any of us go live in Russia, and finger 60 year old smelly fat women all day long, for years and years?

New to the hobby but here's the places I've tried.

Sakura day spa:
