Can anybody confirm that Baltimore city is or is not prosecuting for prostitution and other minor crimes? A year or two ago they stopped such prosecutions, I'm not aware if that has changed.

I doubt there would be any UC stings if there is no prosecution. Could have been an UC operation for something different.

I 100% understand what you're saying, however sometimes I like that some people take pics because reading rows of texts of the same girls without a face can get annoying. Like with that grace girl.
