Not sure if Bookers will see the complaints on this forum as a sign to fix what they're doing, more so than a sign to blacklist and retaliate against that monger.

Perhaps so the first few times. But if others see that writing honest assessments and experiences get mongers BLd, then they will likely stop giving business to those orgs / bookers. Who wants to be treated like that? That fear of blacklist is the only enforcement orgs / bookers have. And public forums are great at airing out wrongdoings of the other side imo. How many times have you pointed out something privately to the booker and they actually took action on it? And yet when it's done publicly its acted upon much more swiftly. It's like software bugs, once a big bug is put out in public you're forced to fix it.

Forums and reports on forums can and do directly affect their financial bottomline. That's why they care. Unless you're a big VIP, private suggestions or feedback don't do a thing to the $.

Tldr; complaining on the forum at least gets them to notice and makes them act upon it. And if they threat with bl over complains just air them out again. Time mongers exercise the rights they have.
