I'm not sure what you're referring to when you say her old pics were fake. Her current (new this week) are actually her original pics from a couple of years ago when I first saw her. I mistakenly stated that 1,3 and 5 were the most representative when what I should have said was 2,3 and 5. Sorry about that one. Those pics are her original pics and the ones I saw when I chose to see her. That was when she was roommates with Nina. It was after that when she changed to fake pics and that lasted for quite a while but now she changed back to her originals and once again 2,3 and 5 are the ones that I saw and made an appointment based on them. I only saw her once when she recently came back from vacation. She told me that she gained a lot of weight due to quitting smoking. Only allows booking 1 day before your appointment. That doesn't work for me. I like specific times that are taken by then.

Some bookers only allow 1 day pre-book. Other allow multiple days pre-book. Even though they're booking for the same girls. Bookers have their own pre-book policies.

I'm sure no one wants to hear this, but some credit is due to the orgs that are thriving. It's is presumptuous to think that "the customer is always right" policy is applicable to the KAAMP world! None of us really know what the order flow looks like from their side. The good thing about a Zero Tolerance Policy is that it doesn't require the time to judge each cancellation on it's merits, which they don't have the time or inclination to do. A "no fault" cancellation policy would just lead to more cancellations.

Figuring out how many distinct orgs there are would be helpful in decision making process. If they are plentiful, just move on. If not, "charge it to the game" and amortize the fee over total number of visits. But, I'm still not sure how the fee paying process would work. It would be interesting to engage the booker on this subject right before getting shut down!
