I went back and indeed it says to call only and do not text. I visited them about 2 weeks ago and at that time the booker didn't quite get her act together. She seems to not remembering that I booked.

Yup, I called the number and they texted me back from another number saying the listed number wasn't working for texts for some reason. No issues.

To the person who had the dismal independent experience. For whatever reason this area attracts the highest donations / demands with the minimal level of service given. Of all the horrible experiences, almost all of them were with independents in this area. I had one solid experience but all the others resulted in unmet expectations and services especially for the donation they requested.
