With the break in the weather, there should be plenty of strollers around in the loops. Was checking them out yesterday around 10 and saw almost nothing. Blvd, 1 near the DD, circled back and some guy was walking up to her and they disappeared behind a house. On to Patapsco and Fairhaven, nothing. Brooklyn 6th to 3rd on Washburn, Pontiac and Jeffrey saw nothing. Time frame was from 945 to 1030, hopefully this will change, as it used to be good during this time frame.

Need to know if there is any action in Reistersown Rd or Randalstown Rd or down Security Blvd. I'm not asking for specifics, just need to know if it is worth the drive.
