A Payment prior to meeting is generally a BIG NO NO! For just about everyone. Maybe consider it for someone you've met and don't believe will rip you off.

•Always Google Image seach and Google the phone number.

Approach with caution, if you look at her pics, they were take with 5-6 year old phones. Not recent.
