I think what guys are forgetting is that Korean / Japan size girls are much different. A 32 D is much smaller than a 34 D. Even a korean 34 D and American 34 D is different. Almost all of them wear US size xxs / xs and size 4/5 shoes. Even the slightly chubby ones.

The description sounds a lot more like Eye than Bella. Are you sure you have the names right? I don't think Bella would be described as "very skinny". That would fit Eye, though. Bella would not be mistaken for "B at best", though that could accurately describe Eye.
