I'm not here to judge going bareback, but I would recommend getting your meds from a US doctor and a US pharmacy. With compounding pharmacies making generic tadalafil and sildenafil your cost for pill will be under $5. Your cost for PrEp will be variable but most insurance plans cover. PrEP only protects against HIV, not gonorrhea chlamydia herpes hepatitis B or C or condyloma or syphillis. The rate of asymptomatic hep B carriers in Asia is decently high). Prophylaxis for GC and chlamydia is azithromycin 2 grams which you can get from a Z pack (damn, that cough is back again, doc). The quality control from Indian and Thai meds is terrible due to corruption and cost cutting. For example:

Herpes you can prophylaxis with vancyclovir but this is for preventing outbreaks, not getting it AFAIK) There is no prophylaxis for condyloma. Syphillis is still pretty sensitive to penicillin shot in the ass (if you have good insurance ask for the hot nurse) or doxycycline 100 mg twice away for two weeks.

Yes I understand privacy issues. Have a regular internist for your blood pressure, have a monger doctor you see once a year. You can pay cash for the monger doctor who will give you a discount since they don't have to go through the pain of dealing with your insurance company. Probably run $150 a year, maybe even less. I use University Compounding in San Diego for my Viagra - $5 for 100 mg and I know its American made.
