Most of M's girls are the girl in the photo. Some photoshop but not a fake pic. Chanel, Cona, Hazel. Also Allie when she was with M had pics that didn't look as good as she did in person.

Plenty of Kgirls active right now, that still do this, they just need to have the same comfort level with a client.
