I've noticed the frequency that bookers mention putting down the donation first has occurred more often. This may indicate that incidents where fake money is used and / or shorting donation amounts have increased. Although it's just speculation on my part, the economical stress brought on by the pandemic may push some mongers that aren't willing to make appropriate adjustments to their mongering, whether out of pride or otherwise, resort to using such measures.

Personally, I don't care if the girl counts it in front of me or leaves the room for a moment to count / put it away. It is a quid pro quo transaction after all, even if some of us mongers conveniently forget it. I've always placed the donation even before undressing to the nearest nightstand / dresser / chair. In practice, I've seen only some new girls count. My regulars don't, even if the booker says so (it's all a standard text anyways). For agencies that I been with for a while, even their new girls don't count. I'm assuming the booker gives a heads up saying that he's been with us for a while so he's good or some such. So overall, I see it just as a minor distraction. The worst I seen was with KTE, they actually had a money counter machine in the room. I found it funny and sad at the same time.

Yo bookers this one's for you. Calling experienced mongers to chime in on this. How do you feel about the girls asking for money upfront?

PRO's: protect the girl and agency from being rip off, no haggling and negotiating, girls can't say you shorted them, no awkward moment of silence counting money after the deed is done.

CON's: This is definitely a mood-killer for me from the get go if she's asking for it upfront and counting it in front of me. There's no incentive for the girl to perform if they know exactly what they will get. I'm less likely to tip after the session because I don't like taking money out in front of the girl after shower and counting how much I should give her. Yes I know most of the time the girl stay in the shower so you can dress up first, but still it's like paying for a meal after I'm full or a drink after I'm drunk, I'd probably be incline to tip and tip more so if the meal was satisfying or when I'm drunk. I've had girls that were genuine / acting ecstatic when I throw in extra 40 to make it 300 even (assuming it's 260/ hr) and I've had cold reaction as well. Most girls that don't ask upfront usually don't count in front of me afterward either but for a few time it did happen I've gotten reaction from both end of the spectrum. I know some girls / agency been cheated before maybe on purpose and maybe unintentional, once the monger walks out the door nothing the girl / agency can do at the moment beside banning them from future visit. I personally once shorted a girl by one Jefferson just bc her menu per booker didn't match up in the actual session. It's probably the difference between being known to the bookers and being a newbie. I've been doing this for so many years and maybe I can count on one hand how many times the donation was wanted up front. Even at the beginning. I've heard some of the same horror stories of being ripped off and I guess if the booker says he's okay it takes the pressure off the girl. I've even forgotten or almost forgotten to give the donation several times but it was all good. Just ran back and made amends.

I have always given money upfront since the day I started. I even tell the upsell girls to count the money so they know the services I want.

Usually girls don't count my donation. Girls who count are with bookers who said donation first. I also have no problem counting money in front of girls.

That's not the case. I know that she doesn't know much about the new girls who she books. That isn't her job. She works for an agency to book and that's all. Booking includes screening the customers and not screening the girls. They are hired by the agency and the pics are given to her. Sometimes she will know that they worked up north for a while but not much more. In the case of Yuna she saw the pics which are not even the pics of Yuna and didn't know anything else about her until she heard it from us. Do you really believe the bookers screen the girls and then tell management that they don't want to book for some of them. Not in this real world.

Why are you defending her? How do you know what she knows or doesn't? Why does she recommend girls that she knows nothing about? Even if this is what she allegedly told you, that doesn't mean it's true. Bookers don't reveal all the details of their business to outsiders.

If there's anyone to blame its the lowlives that have shorted the girls or scammed them with fake money. Anyone know what the girl actually keeps? Is there an industry standard. Do the girls actually pay for the room like strippers pay the club to dance and make their money solely on tips? I'm talking about the KAMP scene.

I've been told it's a 70/30 split in favor of the girls. I wouldn't be surprised if it varies between agencies.

A kgirl with her hand out is a terrible mood killer so I just prefer we don't even get to that situation. I do remember in NorCal when a girl would excuse herself for one minute and do whatever she does with the cash outside the room. That's respectful also as long as it's quick. I personally count myself in front to make sure they realize I slipped in the extra 20-40. Seinfeld and the tip jar scene haha. On first visits, I tip afterwards based on service but on return visits I'll tip upfront while undressing.

Note I've heard that when a idiot gives Hollywood money, only the girl is shorted. The org still collects as it was the girls fault. It's a crappy move for anyone to do.

I always have the money pre-counted and ready to lay down on the nightstand as I'm getting undressed. I usually use larger bills, so it's easy for her to count if she decides to move it somewhere else (a reasonable thing to do IMO). I'd say 75% of the time, they don't bother to move / count it while I'm there. If I'm inclined to tip (I usually am), then I just lay the tip down on top of the pile after I get dressed. Honestly, this seems like one of the simpler aspects of the hobby.
