I'd say that eighty percent of the providers I repeated with over four times offered me BBFS. It never seemed to matter where I found them, just if I was a repeat customer they typically are okay with it. So typically these days I almost never ask for or negotiate for it, but if I think the girl is good enough to go for those repeats usually I will get it whether I ask or not.
