I don't really understand this either. If I meet and am attracted to a lady who is sick with drugs, I either want to help her or avoid her, not to fuck her. A lot of fake ads that violate one of those other guidelines seem to have "unhappy", "divorced", "housewife", "homeless" and "ride to work" in their titles. And not a rule, but after looking at a lot of ads, you get a sense of how real people use emojis in their ads and how fake ads use emojis.

Also, if the location is "text me: (phone number)" or "email me: (email address)", that's even sketchier than having no location listed.

If you use Firefox, I recommend installing the TinEye Reverse Image Search extension. It adds an option to your right click menu to reverse image search any picture. I've encountered a few ads looked and sounded legit, but that turned out to be using photos of a camgirl or model.
