Traveling to WA for work, sometime this spring, and thought I would visit Vancouver over a weekend. I have a couple questions about Vancouver.

And when people say "Vancouver", does that apply to areas around Vancouver as well, like Burnaby, Surrey, and Richmond? Or should I stick to Vancouver city limits?
