Both girls have a Booker. They take the pics down when they're not available. I haven't seen cassie but I have seen allison. Pics are real and she's incredible in bed.

Seeing higher levels will help you level up faster as long as they rate you back and you're getting those ratings in short period of time. It'll mean more options and give you access to some clubs, but I wouldn't focus on it unless someone you want to see happens to be a high level. If you're active on the site and get rated regularly, then you'll eventually move up.
