I agree it could be a false sense of security but seeing that she posts her phone number on her ad is the reason that made me believe the level 2 requirement was made. You don't need to PM if she gives you a number on an ad. Now if she actually does her screening she would require a message first but that isn't always a given.

I think it's for the (false) sense of security it provides. If anything, it's a benefit for me if they shrink their client pool so I haven't said anything to her.

I should have listened to all you guys, but my little guy was doing the thinking! Pics looked good, and I always prefer looks over service so how bad could it be right?
