It's true what others have said that it will be harder if you're a foreigner who can't speak Korean (though I don't consider it racist). What I like about Seoul is the variety. One thing they have I wish they would bring to LA are Kiss Bangs (Rooms). Sex is easy, but sometimes you just want to make out, DFK and feel up on a young college hottie in a private room. I speak Hangul but even then, like how Nother mentioned, Koreans tend to have their guard up around foreigners. You would assume Koreans are not racist but trust LOL they're just as bad as Americans just maybe not in full display but in subtle ways like upcharging, no BBFS etc. If you want to monger on Asian girls, your best bet is Thailand or Indo. KR is not worth it unless you're Korean yourself.
