Been to this place off and on for sometime. There's a Chinese dynamo working there now. Excellent massage, cupping, shaving and trimming offered.

Highly recommended.

Returned to King after almost a month hiatus. Glad nothing has changed (except the intro rate is no longer in effect and now it's the standard $80/ hr), I called ahead as always and asked for Yung. Yung was there looking great as always and glad she recognized me, not going to get into details as most here know how the service is at King, top notch IMO. Downside was that she was the only one working as apparently Cici had gone home not feeling well. During my entire visit, the phone only rang twice, once during the TS and once during the facedown massage.

However, what got me was that the fella from the second call, showed up almost 15 minutes before their appointment. Yung's hands were already doing their magic. She apologized profusely, got dressed quickly and went to let the monger in, when she returned she was a bit flustered that the guy showed up earlier than scheduled, and whispered in my ear "don't worry, you get your full time with me". Finished up, got cleaned up and dressed and said our goodbyes.

I believe someone else posted this a while back (sorry, can't remember who and I can't find the post), but be courteous to both the MTs and your fellow mongers and show up to your appointment on time. Showing up 10-15 minutes before kills the mood as during that time, the main event is occurring And if you manage to show up late, I'm sure the MT won't be too pleased, so plan accordingly.

Was in the area open sign caught my eye on a dark night. Noticed they had a groupon, but when I called I was hopeful the place offered extras. They mentioned young girls table shampoo etc.

The girls look pretty decent, not young but not old. 30-40 I would say.

Negotiated groupon prices, 57 for a thai massage with hot stones.

The massage was really nice, stones were nice.

The therapist worked hard. No real sign of extras, I tried, never directly asked. There was a flip but it was more intense massage techniques and stones on the next.

She worked non-stop for the full hour and then said done.

Tipped a 20 because it was a really good massage, and she really worked hard.

I had the main girl massage me, maybe the others might be different.

Been to FF many times as they do a great, professional, deep massage. Never any hint of extras from any of them and I've gotten massages from all of the regular therapists and some of the visiting ones.

Transversing the alphabet of massage parlors it seemed appropriate I stop by ZY massage in Woodbridge. Just right off the Potomac Mills. When I first arrived I was dismayed to discover it was a busy and told to come back. Since I was far from home I figured I'd wait it out and after an hour I returned and was seen. Older tall Chinese provider with wild black and curly hair. A lot of beauty despite her older appearance. The massage was very good, and for just 60 an hour, I was left impressed. She didn't leave any time left for short time but asked me to flip with about 5 min left. I indicated where I'd like the session to end and she initially refused. Said she'll get in trouble, but her technique lead me to think otherwise. Limited roaming and NOVA standard but her skills speak volumes. Sadly I didn't get a name. But I think it's worth the visit for the massage alone. . 6 and. 4 tip.

Had the same exact experience only she told me to finish myself I laughed at her and told her I wasn't doing that so she did it but told me to keep quiet because her boss would have her head. She was very skillful though weird experience.

On occasion I run across something more than 'rub and tug'.

I was at an AMP recently and saw big round spots on the shoulders and back of provider. Cool! Cupping!

My next visit I asked for a cupping session.

I've had cupping before where they place glass bowls, create suction, and leave you for 20-30 minutes. This place used a machine for suction. It went real deep, hurt initially but as my muscles relaxed, the pain subsided. Ok, I felt great right after.

The next day, actually, next 4 days was a different story. Deep funk. I was no fun to be around. Am guessing the cupping released all sorts of toxins. Physical and mental.

Another time at the same spa the therapist brought out smooth sticks, she said they were from China, to get deep. Yea, they left marks for a few days.

Or time wellness I'm a bit hazy on the name, but it's an AMP I dreamt of last week in Woodbridge. Placed near a car wash and right next door to a Korean restaurant. Sought a quick half hour and the receptionist asked if I wanted male or female provider. Thought that a bit odd, and initially thought the place was just business. But I asked for a female and got an older provider, not so pretty and a bit of a gut. 30 minute massage was nothing note worthy. Nevertheless NOVA standard is available. I later discovered they advertise online as M4 M provider so hey good on them for being progressive. It's not exactly my cup of tea but if you're so inclined at least you get a choice; boy or girl; to maximize your NOVA experience
