Here are two key tranny post-op transformation factors you need to explore to get more factual info to be able to assess the provider. A post-op tranny with an artificially created pussy has two key components missing, because they cannot be replicated by the doctors: natural lubrication is impossible, and, the insides of the pussy are empty.

The doctors cannot create the mucous membranes and bartholin glands necessary for natural lubrication (the tranny must always use ky jelly or similar bottle / tube lube or loads of saliva).
