I finally was able to schedule a dream with Ruger, our schedules haven't worked out in the past until now. It has been noted in the past she's not always the easiest to get ahold of, IMO though it's definitely worth having the patience as you will be rewarded.

I believe part of the communication problem in the past is that she has family responsibilities, and not a high volume provider, working 24 hours a day sitting by the phone. I would definitely see again.
