In this business young and hot usually means higher fees and poor service because they know too many mongers will pay the higher fee regardless of quality. Am I a fool because I prefer quality? If so I am okay with that.

Only at a legit AMP would the MT get a portion of the door fee. Tips must be shared with the MMS at AMPs where you can get a HE or more. I have heard this from more than a few MTs.

Most places that I know of pay $25-$35 to the provider, assuming a license.

I would never tip less than $10 unless: they didn't give a shit about me, and / or they left the room more than once, and / or had a conversation in Chinese for more than 2 seconds with someone outside the room.

I agree with the scales that you guys threw out there, but I think all of us do whatever we can when it comes to that real ATF. I know that I do.

Tipping zero should be extremely rare in my not so humble opinion. Reserved for when girls act like a *****, not for when they won't exceed their comfort zones. That is why this is an adventure. You're right it is I was just saying that $60 for less than an hours work isn't horrible. Tip what you feel is deserved. Just keep in mind what you may pay for a shake others may pay far less for the EXACT same service I'm not paying 85 k for a Acura that others are paying 40 K for.
