My favorite was Melanie. She was about 18 when I met her on Carey Street after a poker game. She had a baby face, was thin, and was easily the prettiest girl on the circuit. Melanie was always friendly and anxious to please. I could have fallen in love with Melanie. Her upbeat demeanor always made me feel special. What a sweet girl. I heard this story from two of her friends. Melanie OD'ed during that time when dealers were selling H mixed with rat poison and Scopolamine. She passed out. Her friends drove her to Franklin Square at midnight, and left her outside the emergency entrance. They assumed she'd quickly be discovered. She wasn't. It was January. She spent the entire night outside in the freezing cold, and went into a coma. 5 weeks later she died at the hospital. She and I once talked about hooking up and moving out of Baltimore. In hindsight, I wish we had done it. If I could go back in time, I would take her away from this life in a heartbeat. She deserved better.

Those were the Golden Days of mongering. Then you'd see 20-30 girls hanging out the doors of their rooms at the Wagon Wheel or other hotels along Pulaski Hwy. Wow, what a time to be a monger. Well, that's enough of my walk down memory lane. These girls lead very hard lives. The least we can do is treat them with some kindness and respect when we interact with them.

Years ago there was a girl on Wilkens named Tammy Whitaker. So I tried my luck to get in touch with kiara but she never got back to me. I then moved to one of my atf Lisa. Tried for two hours to get in touch with her. She apparently lost her phone. I am occasionally in BWI area on business. Home town NY.

4. Only once did I do the BBBJCIM in the car. I decided that is not acceptable as being to rushed and risky.

7. If you can't get laid or blown on any night within 20 mnutes of arriving in the area you either don't know what you are doing or send out negative vibes, IMHO.

How does that conversation even get started in the first place? I have personally seen many stings and have also been approached by a decoy. In every case the decoy came over to the driver's window, and in my case asked something innoculous such as "Whats up?" and ALWAYS stayed out of arms reach. In the 2 cases I asked if she needed a ride. In both cases they said no. When it was clear they were hoping I would be stupid enough to solicit them I left. I parked nearby and watched a car pull next to the girl, a conversation take place and the girl turn on her heel and walk quickly away while 2 unmarked cars boxed the guy in and arrest him.

I think there is simply no reason why LE would put the decoy at risk especially since there are earsier and safer ways to get an arrest.
