Not in the area, but many providers use a service which I believe responds to specific words. On first message, I put providers name and 'donations?' and most often get a reply with rate and location.

I'm guessing providers (and their service) get a ton of messages and get overwhelmed. If there's someone you really like, keep re-sending and hopefully you get a reply at some point.
