AMPs get shut down by the health department. Usually not from police stings. Happens but rare. Mostly health department. Since they are a spa they have county guidelines they have to meet. A surprise inspection and a few warnings later if not fixed their business license is canceled.

I'm not saying they weren't raided, it's just rare.

Probably totally unrelated, I mean it's not like those aren't everywhere these days. But just too many things tripping the spidey senses to want to poke around.
