There are takers for some of these girls. Especially from dudes that are truly rich. There's been posts here in the past dudes discussing paying 600,700, 800, etc. So for those dudes spending that money is probably nothing to them. But also hearing on what they've usually got for that money spent in return is not much. I could go over 500 but there's no need to.

The problem is quite a few of these girls aren't even hot to be asking over 500. And that's a rampant GPS problem on a site like seeking. Not hot and don't want to provide a great GFE sometimes.
