I know timing is a factor. I've dealt with a few providers that did certain services / prices that they typically don't advertise just because I caught them at the right time. Hence why I haggle / lowball at times. I also agree that theres a factor of diffrent mindset of this gen of providers that more self serving at the expense of customers.
