I had seen reports of goers being pulled over after a visit. These places were being monitored by unmarked cars, then pulling people over on the street citing a bogus traffic violation that was never enforced. The idea was to get you talking about your visit and telling them about any illegal activities that were witnessed or were part of. What a joke! 😤.

Well it's been a couple years now since we had the big crackdown and closing of many Asian Spas. Wondering if anyone has stumbled into any nice places of recent time? The very few I see still open scare the crap out of me that they are LEO setups. While still most have not reopened. A few in-house places but nothing too fantastic. Plus they over charge for a not so great massage. Table showers are nonexistent. Hopefully things have quietly changes. If so please send me a private message. Thanks.

Avoid Red Rose and the one on Sandhill (Kings Hwy and I75). Almost guaranteed disappointment.

Someone on the Sarasota board gave a thumbs-up for the spa next to Dairy Queen on 41, but I can't bring myself to park and walk in their front door as the little league teams are eating their DQ and asking "Daddy, why does that man look so nervous when he's just going to get his messages?
