I am curious about this one as well. Google says the place is permanently closed. I feel like the last time I drove by. I saw an open sign on although maybe I'm mistaken.

Heaven on Earth is no longer in business; it has been replaced by Down to Earth. I suspect that the owner closed the H. O. E. Business entity for legal reasons and formed Down to Earth to replace it.
