That's the Extended Stay America hotel in Springfield. I would be extremely wary of any outfit advertising its specific address like that. I can only think of one that had good reviews / feedback (the $60 latinas on Metrotech Drive in Chantilly), and they didn't last long.

I am going to be working down near navy yard and the wharf over the next couple of weeks, taking me away from my more usual tour of tysons.
