$40 is not the normal, they will ask for it, doesn't mean you have to pay it. This isn't a real job for the girl, so don't listen to some people saying inflation this or that, or it was the same price 10 years ago. Bottom line is they need funds to buy candy, and candy prices is still pretty much the same, and there's no overhead cost to working on the street. It doesn't cost them a penny to get in your car and use their mouth.
