Test regularly. Talk to your doctor about a supply of doxy-prep. Also, another fellow monger recommended listerine or maximum strength crest. There is some evidence that both reduce pathogens in the mouth...not a cure. So have / ask your provider to gargle with some for 30-60 seconds before a bbj. Not 100%, but reduces the risk, especially if other guys been glowing loads in her mouth.

Herpes, gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis, and HPV are your risks from a BBBJ. Hiv is no risk.

Oh and wash, spray (sanitizer), and piss afterwards. Risk reduction. I never leave without a good piss and scrub/alcohol wipe down

Best thing to do is just get tested regularly. There's a website you can do it for $100 something for a full panel. Stdcheck or something like that. Pretty easy & discreet and you get results in a day or two. The public health departments can do free but you usually got to request full panel or they'll only do Chl & Gon & HIV depends how much of a risk they think you are xD.
