Sakura is not GH rebranded. Two different groups. GH was related to the original agency in Louisville before KYSodaPop and buddies with Nashville. GH Girls were west coast based independents who chose where they traveled. When GH started there was a circuit consisting of ATL, Nashville, Louisville, Indy, beyond. When Nashville and Louisville closed it became more diffucult to convince KGirls to travel just to Indy. GH specialized in KGirls and the rare Latina. Sakura is all JGirls from east coast agencies.
