High HYA Service

Some telehealth will prescribe it in bulk like Shameless Care on a case-by-case basis. For example, 40 doses for about 200. So you can take it right after your appointment. Each does is typically 2 pills. Medical info is private under the law, and each person has to decide if it suits them or not. There are side effects like diarrhea and some nausea. It can be mild, just don't be surprised.

You take just one dose (typically 2 pills or 200mg) right after your appointment. You don't need to take more, because assuming you start off clean that is enough to prevent colonization. Whereas if you have been long infected by some bacteria, just one dose is unlikely to clear it since it is "settled in". Hope that distinction makes sense.

Some girls take doxy-PEP, many don't. Just a few girls take PrEP for HIV. HIV is a very low risk for normal PIV sex (as opposed to anal). Doctors at the STD clinics have given this opinion to me over the years. But it is a non-zero risk, so I mention it since some guys are sensitive about it.

It's going to depend on your reputation, the particular booker, and even the particular girl and who hosts them.

Scenario 1: If it's for a girl's Looks because you want a young girl, it's best to ask the booker ahead of time. Tell them you need a young girl today so if girl X is not young can you change and see your ATF Y instead today. They'll say yes or no, simple as that. If you see the girl at the door is truly well below your standard, say goodbye and leave and tell the booker you want Y. Some of us keep it simple like "she is too old" or "she is not my type".

Scenario 2: If there's a serious problem like hygene (extreme smell), incompatible attitude, or she is a rebrand (you've seen her before but she changed name), I would leave as soon as possible and then communicate. Some bookers will ask "no more cancels" for the future, which is easy for me to do because I know another 10 years could pass without another for them. Whereas other people sometimes had problems cancelling. I don't have enough data to say more than that, but you have to use your own judgement.

More often, I have moved appointments either a day sooner or days later. Accidents and other things happen. I feel like it's generally preferable to a cancel. Occasionally, the booker says the girl doesn't work on that day so I simply ask who else can work that day. I rarely do this, so again I never had a problem. Other people who make changes often do eventually run into problems.

Descriptions

Some people are busy, but even a short summary can help if you don't have time for a PLEASER. When girls are accurately described for their pros and cons, they're also less likely to change names. And if many people are like this, they're less likely to price higher for the one and done crowd and instead price lower to target the repeat crowd.

Due to the Negative Review Paradox, it's actually quite important that reviewers give contrasting genuine opinions on girls. It means either extreme can figure out which reviewers they can relate to better, and then win.

When Lizza / Dalli first showed up in OC, I was astounded that half the reviews of her were negative. They were saying that I could just have her all to myself. But then I noticed, it was the exact same guys who didn't like HYA every time. Everyone who did like her, liked HYA. So why not just warn the Service Hunters not to see HYA? That's all it took to solve it.

Later on I got many messages from friends and strangers in LA who said how much they liked Lizza, but they were sad she never went back to LA. And I remember thinking that some of them never said a word about her (some didn't even have accounts). Some people who repeated her double digits. OC instead reviewed her consistently. These were people actually repeating her, so it was an act of charity that they were tipping people off about her to join the fun. They had every incentive to gatekeep her.

When it was time for Lizza to leave in 2024, all of a sudden 5 people who didn't review or ever say her name appeared asking for info on when her last day was. They repeated her the whole time. Well, I get it but it's just ironic. Lizza never went back to LA ever again, she only needed OC. It was The Vote.

LA is a big city with a wide variety of taste. HYA Hunters in LA simply don't review much so it can sound as-if they barely exist. The result is the majority in LA has a different taste in girls than OC or SD. Same as SJ and NYC. But within LA, there are minority taste people like Boner who have exactly the same taste as OC. Guys who care about youth and looks. And there are also people in OC and SD who have exactly the same taste as the majority in LA, guys who want to see the MILFs with high service. Ranked By Looks
Attached are two lists showing 1-35 and 36-70 by Looks Only. Looks Only is a rating I give for my impression of a girl's looks excluding the Nali Effect and the Haven effect. It's a good estimate for a 1st time impression for someone who has similar taste to me. I like Team7 so if you don't then you'll need to drop Jira and GGR Nanase at least a Tier. Maybe Heaven K too. There is no functional difference between an S- or A+ grade, it's the same difference as an A+ and A. I have worked out the best-fit value for each of these grades:
Some HYA Hunters: S = 6.3, A = 4.5, B = 3, C = 2, D = 1, E = Fail, F = She should pay me
BB Yoda Value Hunters: S: 4.5, A: 4, B: 3, C: 2, D: 1
Premium Hunters are S: 8, A: 5, B: 3, C: 1, D: 0.

It is a crude rule of thumb, but you could multiply 100x to get the bb-special hr rate a girl could charge to get non-stop repeat from us. So an S-Tier girl could charge 430+200 (630), an A-Tier girl could be 350 + 100 (i.e. upcharge), a B-Tier girl could be bb-special 350 hr. Anything worse than that by one tier, I would still see her one time. You could say any girl could charge 15% more for "one and done" pricing to scratch an itch, but beyond 15% is "no thank you" pricing. We all like new, so 1st time seeing any girl she's basically 1 Tier higher as a temporary bonus.

I don't regret seeing a C-Tier girl, the only catch is if I could have picked a better girl instead. But I enjoyed meeting her all the same, and I value variety. Some I still remember fondly. Comparison is the thief of joy.

Difficulty is a bit nuanced. Any girl 0 or 1 Difficulty tends to be good with many Balanced Hunters. 0 Difficulty includes girls like Katie K, Subin, Stella, and CAKD Yua. I noticed Balanced Hunters sometimes liked them even more than HYA Hunters. It doesn't mean you'll like her, just that there isn't a big gap in opinion between what guys like BB Yoda and other pre-MILF Hunters thought versus the HYA Hunters. Whereas 2 Difficulty means "Balanced Hunters could like her but it's a bit risky". And 3 or 4 is a warning. Note that you cannot extrapolate for Service Hunters, it doesn't work. Figure out the right dose and time. I find 45 minutes before works for me, others say 30 and others say 60. It's common for generic Viagra or Cialis to be in 1/4 or 1/8 dose smaller pills. Attached is my Rankings around 30th to 60th place. When I compare notes with other HYA Hunters, our lists do not look the same. They rank some girls higher, they some girls lower. But it's not by much. It's usually a +/- 1 difference in grade rather than a 2-4 difference when comparing with a Service Hunter who has opposite taste. I can even predict half our differences. For a guy who strongly prefers young, they rank up the young girls even more than me. Or if they don't like spinners, then drop them all a grade at least. After adjusting for that, our difference is only +/- 1/2 Tier 80% of the time. Either way, I can simply see every girl he likes and never lose. The Value list shows who is most repeatable rather than who is best. The lower Rank (aka Score) girls manage to make the top 35 Value list by being cheap, like Ahmi, Jenny, Ariana, Allie. They'd fall off the top 35 list if they upcharged. A few like MH Cherry and Lizza are a slight premium and make the Value list by being high Rank and "hotter than their price".

Since everyone rates girls differently and has a different pricing curve, what is green for me might be black to another guy and vice versa. When combining everybody's ratings in aggregate, that determines how much interest each girl has short-term (black pricing) and long-term (green pricing). Of course, there are girls around C or below that few guys would choose (reject pricing). They might appeal to guys who "just want new", but even those guys will only see them once. They tend to get Dead Silence as long as they are not bad enough to complain.

The girls who have lots of regulars who view them as "green priced" will get long-term bookings all year long. When girls say it's slow, it's because they aren't making many guys' top lists for Rank and Value. It's going to be three reasons: 1) They can't compete on Rank, 2) They're overpriced, 3) They're gatekept so true fans don't know about them. Girls have the most say on 2 and reviewers have the most say on 3. There is only so much anyone can do about 1. They are good for 1-2 weeks and then they must tour.

My Pricing Curve is S = 6.3, A = 4.5, B = 3, C = 2, D = 1, E = Fail, F = Owes me money. It means an S-Rank girl could charge 630 bb special, an A-Rank girl 450 (350 base + 100 upcharge), a B-Rank girl 300 bb-special, and be considered 'green priced' to me. I would repeat her forever at that rate. Only about 50 girls or 10%-15% are green priced. The next 10%-15% are good one time for novelty, and I might see them 6-18 months later (the novelty resets). The other 75% are overpriced to me, because I have better alternatives. Either a girl who is better and just as cheap, or cheaper and just as good.

For complicated reasons, Rank is not the the letter grade average of Looks and Service. One reason is I value S-Tier a lot more than A-Tier, and A-Tier a lot more than B-Tier. Premium Hunters value it at an even greater gap. But BB Yoda and Value Hunters are less willing to pay more. In theory all three of us grade the girl the same way, we just price their Value very differently. There isn't a huge gap between S and A or A and B ratings, the gap is in how much people will pay. But S is much more rare than A, and A is rarer than B. Some people will pay for rare, BB Yoda won't.

To get the Rank grade, I simply convert the Looks and Service grade into it's Value (S = 6.3, A = 4.5, etc..), combine Looks and Service numbers for Total Score, and then list them out from best to worst. The top 4% scores are S-Rank. The top 1/2% to 1% are SS-Rank. Total Score predicts Value and price and it's adjusted by the Pricing Curve each guy has. What one guy is willing to pay makes no sense to a different guy. Whereas Rank is a more conventional grade rating that makes broad sense no matter your budget.

There are only 3 girls SS-Rank: ETO Hinata (A+, SS), Lizza (S, S), and FA Isabella (S+, S-). The Value ordered list is of course dominated by bb-special girls, Japan girls, and 1/2 upcharge (50 bb) girls. The top upcharge girls either have very high Rank or a low base rate. For example, Crystal at 320 hr makes 35th place in Value despite being upcharge, beating out many 350 hr upcharge girls.

Danbi and KDC Julie contrast a lot at 33rd and 34th place. Danbi is upcharge but a total Score of 9.6, equivalent to Julie at 6.8 but bb-inclusive. Danbi is Face over Body and Looks over Service, Julie is Body over Face and Service over Looks. They are next to each other in priority because Danbi is much hotter and Julie is much cheaper. But they both beat out a lot of other girls in Value including every full Premium girl. It means they're more repeatable.

BB Yoda would rank KDC Julie way higher than Danbi, because BB Yoda's Price Curve doesn't grand Danbi the same premium for her Looks. He doesn't care much as long as a girl meets his standards. The reason is, in order to see a more expensive girl BB Yoda would have to skip a week or break his budget. Whereas, a Premium Hunter would prioritize Danbi over KDC Julie by a lot. It is up to taste if he even likes Danbi, but I guarantee he'll like Danbi way more than KDC Julie. The gap in looks is 2-3 Tiers overall, but 3-4 Tiers on Face. I wouldn't even recommend Danbi to a Premium Hunter without knowing his type, I'm just saying he would choose Danbi between the two.

One note on the Difficulty number in the charts. In the list, Evian is the only top Value girl to me with a 3 Difficulty. It simply means there is a gap in opinion, some consider her ATF while others don't vibe or like. The 3 means the average gap in Service rating between a HYA Hunter vs Balanced Hunter. Even though some Balanced Hunters consider her ATF too (let's say A or S Service), others consider her D through F Service. My first visit I had an F for Vibe but S for DTF. Since I hunt for both Vibe and DTF, it was jarring. But 2nd visit, I got D Vibe, and it kept improving until she had top tier S/A Vibe. Due to the variance in Balanced Hunter opinions, 3 is simply the average of the gap.

Some of us would rather Evian come back than even Lizza, due to unicorn Vibe and a few other outliers. Lizza is the princess that waves and smiles to everyone. Whereas Evian she only likes some people so if you likes you, that's better. You see the real her. So like novelty, there is a separate thing beyond Looks and Service which is simply "no girl is anything like her".

Dead Silence
Few people have the energy to write a "not good not bad" review, they save that energy to review a girl they like or have repeated. And I'm not even going to see a girl without Intel anymore, so I don't even know how mid or bad girls are if I don't even see them. For that reason, mid and below average girls tend to get Dead Silence. I know they are not for me, but I have no idea if that means C, D, E, or F. But if a girl is bb-special and has been around for ages, I assume they are a high Service girl at least.

Summary: S-Tier can be premium, A-Tier can upcharge, B-Tier can bb-special, and C-Tier cannot last long once people have seen her one time (she is welcome for 1-2 weeks). Premium should really be 400 or 450 HR max, because we have alternatives.

When a girl is about 15% over-priced (400 if she should be 350), interest falls off a cliff. It's too obvious past 15%, even guys who like her notice because they've seen other girls. People notice when girls are overpriced, so it rarely works. But, there are also valid reasons for higher prices.

Three Pricing Rules
A better girl can charge more, but they're rare. They are allowed to charge more as the only way to bring them over in the first place.

Some girls raise prices, some girls drop prices. People just don't notice about the price drops as much or feel anything about them. So a person might complain about price rises for girls they won't see - but when another girl drops her prices they won't see her either! They are sitting on the sidelines while other people are busy picking girls. My experience on fighting prices is from decades of strip clubs. Complaining or begging never works - what you do is move on and vote with your wallet for a better girl.

Between years, if rent, living expense, travel, or other basic costs go up, there may be a yearly bump in prices. Typically 10-30 lately. A girl would actually make less money if she were to charge the same rate as last year. It's the same with restaurants now. Most would be unprofitable if they rolled back prices and would close and leave town.

Fixing Wrong Prices
Of course, we are talking about the average girl or restuarant. One way to fix prices, is for girls and restaurants that are overpriced to close and leave. Higher standards.

Another way is for overpriced girls to notice and drop prices. At the premium level this year, just as many girls dropped their price as those who raised it. But spending has dropped so much, I expect price drops to be more common in the future. Just today I pointed out another price drop for LA. Even if you don't see her, it indirectly benefits you. It is a slow process.

We pay indirectly for problem customers and natural disasters alike. Boner was pointing out the Palisades fire as an example, and it is just one example factor. I'll point out that 50% of price increases happened on one day in January (a 10-30 bump).

Two Kinds of Girls
There are certain girls who are long-time locals and can charge less, because they have way fewer costs and urgency. But for the very same reasons, most of them don't need to work a lot either. Most girls are not like that, they have costs and limited time. There are two kinds of girls.

Advanced Pricing Rules
Generally, new girls can price higher than if they were long-tour veterans. They are by definition priced higher than girls who are better than them. So a brand new B-Tier girl is worth a long-tour A-Tier girl. You've already seen the A-Tier many times, so you pick the B-Tier girl on purpose. But then after seeing that B-Tier girl, she is worth just B-Tier now and you go back to your ATF. Almost all of us care about new to some degree.

All things equal, a new A-Tier girl would be priced higher than an old A-Tier girl for that reason. It's possible for a new girl to price normally and get fully booked. In fact, that is the correct strategy if she can handle it. But, most new girls can't. That's the final reason why some girls are priced higher than they seem. It's because they can't take full bookings.

People Know Value
A-Tier upcharge girls and B-Tier bb special girls do very well because they are a step up from the rest. They set the standard, and a girl can't survive long if she's too far behind them. In an Intel rich environment, that is called The Draft.

A girl who is "hotter than her price" gets fully booked. It doesn't matter if her price is low or high. A C-Tier girl charging 150 bb special would be fully booked. Maybe not by you, but she would. "Hotter than her price" is what I meant by "green pricing", as shown:

Green Pricing
Every girl with a green rate is priced for repeat to me. Since everyone has a different ATF list and a different order, each guy has a different list of "green priced" girls. But there is a ton of overlap in people's taste. We're not that blind. So the Draft happens as a result.

Notice that the reason some people go to Thailand, Japan, or some other countries is because there exist "gold price" girls. The coloring is done by formula. Once you go to 50th to 100th place, green price becomes uncommon. This is known as "one and done" pricing.

There are no 150 bb special C-Tier girls, because prices do follow a pattern. So the data shows me that S-Tier can be premium, A-Tier can upcharge, B-Tier can bb-special, and C-Tier cannot last long once people realize and have seen her one time. I've shown elsewhere how a C-Tier girl is really anywhere from an A through E to another guy based on taste. That plus the new girl advantage means they are more than welcome to visit for two weeks, and some people are very happy to meet them. But they can't stay.

Even if I never reviewed or said a word, it would still happen. Reviews and Intel just speed it up. The best motivation for reviews is they increase the chance someone goes straight for their ATF and dodge a girl who is opposite of their type. Don't waste time or money. People who win tend to review too.

When I scroll down to the 50-100 place, the 'worth repeating' green mark is more and more infrequent. The top 25% of kgirls are well-priced, while the remaining 75% are overpriced. It is a different list of girls for each guy, but almost every guy sees it that way to some extent.

Everyone's ranked list looks different, but everyone has the concept of green pricing. The result is guys of all types will repeat their #1 girl a lot more than their #2 or #3, and then more than the rest.

When Premium Hunters use their scale to calculate their Limit numbers (S = 8 Points), some of the Premium girls turn green. But each Premium Hunter has a different opinion on ATFs. It's quite important that Premium girls lower their prices a bit accordingly. They'll make a lot more money. But, some of them aren't looking to make money through appointments. That's not why they work. I wrote it out clearly in The Professionals and The Doom.

If that already sounds like it's not useful, just ignore the whole idea since the scale works along those lines.

Next, I also value the literal thickness of limbs, both arms and legs. While it does matter to me if a girl is muscular versus fat/flabby, it's secondary to the diameter. I noticed it was a predictor of complaints and appreciation so to speak.

Sherry K had pretty thick arms. It's one thing I loved about her, and the same thing Skinny Hunters complained about. I noticed it was a common dealbreaker for some in LA, and many people I knew rated Sherry as a bit thick (generally in a good way). Juju was another girl whose arms and legs felt like Sherry K. Even with my eyes closed it was almost the same. Well-toned and firm. Other girls you felt bone or soft skin.

With the younger girls, a bit thick feels wonderful to me. But I get the impression to a few people (let's say 20%) it's a dealbreaker for Looks alone. That's the purpose of these Specs, it isn't a value judgement but what's good for one is not good for another.

River and Suki had very good waistlines, they were so good I showed up looking forward to it. But, that's ultimately just an impression. I may emphasize that a lot more than someone else, but I'm also not alone on it. This subjectivity runs into the same issues with grading Ass, and it's why each person's grading system must produce different results. The Biggest Asses guide goes into examples, there is no neat solution. So, the first step is to produce a draft system and see what happens.

I noticed that a girl with a thick build and bones would trigger some Skinny Hunters. It was simply the girl's Look for thickness rather than any consideration of fat composition. They didn't have high body fat, but it made guys flee and complain. So the practical step was to warn guys and see if that was enough. There are certain things like a pot belly or a flabby ass that wobbled as the girl walked which trigger guys and they interpret as fat, more than the rest of the girl mattered. It is the same idea as waistline in a sense.

So, the scale ends up as a Skinny vs Thick appeal scale for matchmaking. A girl on the Thick side carries "too thick" warnings for Skinny Hunters and vice versa.

A good example of a "too skinny" Dealbreaker is if she is so skinny you see her ribs. You could actually see that with Lizza when she was horizontal, but she also had a big fat ass. For the appeal reason, it's why big tits and ass don't count much against a skinny girl being skinny. The TOAS Spec for example. So what matters more is that we are measuring the circumference of her torso and limbs to a large degree.

Ultimately, the only thing I can grade is my impression. Then I check and see if it can help others. And as with Age and Height, they are estimates and it's always possible I'm simply wrong. It's the nature of estimates.

You could say I wrote the Biggest Asses guide and the Thickness scale to see if anyone had a better way of doing it.
