It happen to me about a month ago. I came in the morning, fellow mongers keep coming and they running out of place to wait. At that point I thought, fine. I will make appointment, few hours later. Had appointment with Ella. I came back at the appointment time. I had to wait for almost an hour. I am running out of time, I end up cancel the appointment. That day was crazy, it was nonstop. No wonder Ella was a bit cranky around that week. Can you imagine you have to F nonstop? Maybe its time to convert the backroom where they sleep to active room, and convert back in the night for them to sleep. Also, add one or two girls in the rooster, so that they can rest a bit.

The girls usually ask if I have appointment and verify the last four digits of the phone number. Please ask what are the numbers, don't say is your last digit is xxxx? They will just say yes, and you have double book.

Maybe you guys need to use centralized calendar that can be accessed by all the girls? That way you don't have to scream in the hallway to communicate? Its kinda kill the mood.

Fairy Godmother (FGM) is thankful for all of our appointment makers. She also understands that ongoing Connection is one of the most important features of why guests repeat. FGM realizes a switch for someone who made an appointment could be displeasing. She asks that you either speak with her next time you bump into her, or contact the appointment line with your specific visit and provider info, FGM does want to make right what she can.

Occasionally, double books occur, and that is a mistake. Improvements are under works to ensure that appointments for a certain girl at a certain time are prioritized over a near concurrent walk-in. If you are asked to switch and you know you have your appointment with a specific friend ahead of time, it is 100% okay to say No, you prefer not to switch. Providing your last four digits to help the friend understand you have appointment priority will help.

Unfortunately, we also have had occasional visitors who claim they have an appointment when they don't, and this can cause issues when they claim an appointment with a certain friend that doesn't exist. Staff will be working on verifying appointments better so as to have less likelihood of occasional appointment mistakes. FGM has underscored that appointments are the priority and that is part of our North Star.

A note to our esteemed walk-in guests. If sometimes you've been asked to wait while it appears another guest walks right into a room with your friend, it is possible they were a scheduled appointment. Appointments are highly encouraged for all to minimize waiting and help ensure quality experiences. FGM is also aware there have been extended wait times for certain reservations and she is working to minimize that. Honoring our appointments is part of our core values.

We love your appointments in advance, please contact FGM in store or the appointments lady and we'll make sure you're taken care of. Apologies for the switch. We shouldn't ask you to do that. Even if you were willing.
