CeCe looks just like her photo, they are very recent. Requires a phone call prior but no video. No issues with comms with her. HHR 120 and everything covered. Just to clarify in case things may have been better now, my experience was a few months ago. However I get traumatized by odor that I don't ever repeat. I spent a fast and furious half hour with Jodi recently. Everything downstairs was clean and no bad odors. She soaked part of the bed while I was down there. And she has a dog, but I didn't see evidence of a cat.

She is on house arrest with an ankle bracelet. She was a little loopy but honestly I think it's just her mental state or the way she talks and not drug or alcohol induced.
