Everyone who posted earlier is on the money, but just some specific info: this is usually a sign you're dealing with a bona fide "rinser. " Rinser's are faux sugar babies. Guess we should call them splenda babies. They insist on expensive meet and greets with sugar daddies, then move on. They never actually fuck you unless they'd fuck you for free.
