Driving down Magnolia heading to Buddy's barbeque to eat, when I noticed a Burnett walking about a block away going in that direction. Pulled in on the end parking spot next to the street, not to miss her. As I was waiting with the door open, she was about to cross the road beside Buddy's when a white truck backed in beside me. I thought let him go ahead of me to eat, I was locked in. About the time she crossed the road he pulled like he was pulling out she gets in, dark hair to her shoulders, white cutout sleeveless tee shirt and blue jeans on didn't look bad from what I could tell. Sorry for the delay. I saw two different girls over the few days walking up broadway near central. Also saw what appeared to be a couple more up near the Taco Bell (broadway and woodland iirc).

She was happy to oblige so we start taking a little drive and in no time she's leaned over my center console playing with my nuts with one hand and stroking me with the other. Within the first couple minutes I see LEO pass us going the opposite direction really slow. I kid you not within the span of maybe a half a mile, I see 2 more LEO and they aren't just driving up main streets, they were coming out from random side streets. So I drive a bit further and end up finding a spot to park so I can focus up and get out of there. The next thing I know, a few minutes go by and I'm back in the zone and another fucking LEO drives right past my parked car. Girl jumps down to the floor because I said to chill since there was a cop. He drives up about a block, hits a you-Turn and my heart drops. I think he's for sure going to light me up as I sit there with a pit in my stomach and my sweatpants around my ankles. He drives by and clearly glances at me but keeps on driving on by. I tell the girl to get out (I regret this in hindsight because the story could have been much cooler) and call it a night and head to my hotel.

Fast forward to last night I am out for revenge, touring the same streets as I was before and I keep seeing LEO after LEO after LEO. Seemed to be unavoidable almost to a point where it was funny. I saw more talent near central and broadway as well as up and down magnolia. Started to rain so I decided to call it a night.

I would love advice from those with more experience. How do you handle LEO presence like this / Is this a normal amount here in Knoxville? What times are ideal to search for talent and should I avoid going at night in general? Also, any do's and do not's on driving / places to park would be greatly appreciated.
