Thanks for the info. And Everett recently changed the laws on massage parlors. They have cut down the number of hours that they can be open. They have to be closed from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. They are now subject to unannounced or surprise inspections among other changes. Owner operators are going to be a bit nervous until they see how this affects how the city reacts. If anything, this is likely to increase the number of air locks. Even at HE only places. They give the owner the time to stop any illegal activity negating the effects of a surprise inspection.

Was going to check out Paradise as is new but texted Noah and she said it would be better to come in a week or so when new girl arrives. So stopped in to Royal to see a favorite Bebe. I have not been, was going to try when they opened 2 y ago but couldn't see parking. They only have 2 reviews on rubmaps and if I recall on here they haven't had good reviews.
