This shop is fairly new. That was my 8th time there. I got jammed up with a bad girl at Lucky Lawndale once, but at least the MMS was apologetic, and even offered a make-up session on the house, which I didn't avail myself of, and in fact have never been back. But, I didn't go out of my way to leave a bad review. To me this is different. Keep my appointment!
