You make it pretty unclear at least to me whether you're referring to visiting Tacoma and Everett or Spokane. If you're looking for those things in Spokane, I would not get your hopes up at all. A decent experience with extras like that are very hard to come by in Spokane. Especially, dfk. Asians are the worst at that anyhow. Most of the places that offer FS are on the north side or a couple of places around downtown. You will not find anything much at all in the valley anymore.
