Generally you will find them along route 40 by the cheap motels or gas stations if they couldn't pay for their rooms. If you are down in Jessup / Elkridge, same thing but route 1. There wouldn't be what I call a definitive route though. Just trial and error along 40. Would stick to between 95 and 695 on 40.

On Dundalk Ave / Graceland. I even drove in / around some interwinding streets and streets were bare. Conkling / PP was also dead today.
